Bethan Boscher
Associate
Bethan is an Associate in the Wills and
Estates team in Guernsey. Bethan acts in matters
relating to inheritance, probate and intestacy and also advises on
clients with Guardianship applications. Bethan
regularly assists many large local companies with their liquor
licencing applications. Additionally, Bethan is
involved in non-contentious matrimonial matters, including
judicial separations.
Bethan joined the firm as a trainee
solicitor in 2009 and spent time training within the firm's Dispute
Resolution, Commercial and Private Client departments. Bethan
was also seconded to Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP in London as part
of her training contract. Bethan was admitted as a Solicitor
of England and Wales in 2011.
