Dan Boxall
Senior Associate
Dan is a litigation specialist who works on
commercial and trust-related matters. He also deals with all
aspects of the case-management of proceedings, whether contentious
or not.
Dan's experience includes proceedings concerning
allegations of breach of trust and breach of fiduciary duty, and
applications to remove trustees. He has worked on an action
alleging negligent investment management of trust assets and an
application by directors for directions concerning an insolvent
company and an executor for an insolvent estate.
Dan has worked in commercial litigation in Jersey since
1998; he joined Collas Crill in 2003. He was called to Bar of
England and Wales in 2006.
