Iain Beresford
Head of Business Development & Marketing
Iain is Head of Business Development
and Marketing. Iain has overall responsibility for marketing
and business development at Collas Crill. He works with senior
lawyers and other senior fee earners to develop and realise
business opportunities in the Channel Islands, the UK and
internationally.
Iain won the inaugural Chartered
Institute of Management "Manager of the Year"Award in 2012 in
Guernsey.
Iain has broad commercial
background including business & corporate banking,
financial markets dealing, B2B marketing and financial advisory,
including working as a financial and business
management speaker in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific,
which involved training and consulting to various industry
groups. He joined Collas Crill in 2008 in London before moving
to Guernsey in 2010. In London, Iain previously worked in
senior commercial marketing roles at a City law firm and at News
International. Before arriving in the UK he spent 12 years in
various banking roles at Westpac Banking Corporation and National
Australia Bank working in various disciplines.
