Brandon Doffing
Associate
Brandon Doffing is an Associate in the firm's Singapore
office.
Brandon has experience in a wide variety of corporate and
fiduciary work, including mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange
listings and trusts. He advises on the setting up and ongoing
requirements of a range of structures from companies and joint
ventures to investment funds (both open and closed ended).
Brandon joined Collas Crill in Guernsey in 2007 and completed
his training contract with the firm. In 2010 he was admitted as a
Solicitor of England and Wales and called as an Attorney in the
State of New York. He spent over a year in Collas Crill's Jersey
office before joining the firm's team in Singapore in
2012.
Whilst at Collas Crill, Brandon has gained international
experience through secondments to CMS Cameron McKenna LLP (London
Office), a leading European law firm, and Rajah & Tann LLP
(Singapore Office), the largest law firm in Singapore and South
East Asia.
Brandon holds a Master's degree in International Legal Practice,
specialising in public companies, intellectual property and mergers
and acquisitions.
