Brandon Doffing
Associate
Brandon Doffing is an Associate with
experience in a wide variety of corporate and commercial work,
including mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange
listings, banking and intellectual property. He advises on the
setting up and ongoing requirements of a range of structures from
companies and joint ventures to investment funds (both
open and closed ended).
Brandon joined the firm in Guernsey as
a paralegal in 2007 and took up a training contract in January
2008. During his training contract, Brandon was seconded to CMS
Cameron McKenna in London for six months. Brandon transferred to
the Jersey office in May 2011.
In 2010 he was admitted as a
Solicitor of England and Wales and called as an Attorney in the
State of New York. Brandon holds a Master's degree in
International Legal Practice, specialising in International Public
Companies, Intellectual Property and Mergers and
Acquisitions.
