As joint head of residential conveyancing in Jersey,
Chris' drive is for quick and competitive quotations, top-flight
service and a client-focused team.
He personally handles the sale and purchase of many
prestigious residential properties, as well as transactions for
locally qualified and J-category clients. He has also acted for
many developers in acquisitions for proposed developments and on
the onward sales of the properties.
Chris' extensive knowledge of property law has led to him
being called on a number of occasions as an expert to assist the
Royal Court in determining boundary disputes.
Chris joined the firm in May 2007 and has been a
conveyancer for almost 40 years.
