Chantelle Foster acted for a Jersey based shareholder in the transfer of the shareholder's entire interest to a business partner in exchange for all sums owing to the company, which was involved in a hairdressing business.

Collas Crill acted for a client of Cannon Asset Management in the acquisition of the former "Archers Pub" in Bishop's Stortford from Greene King Retailing Limited, following completion of the purchase, the property was let to Tesco Stores Limited for refurbishment and subsequent conversion into the supermarket chain's Tesco Express format. 

Collas Crill acted for ABN Amro (Guernsey) Limited (as Lender) in relation to a loan facility of £1.5m to an individual owner / occupier in connection with the refinancing of a five bedroom Edwardian "Arts & Craft" property & staff cottage located in the Chilterns. 

Collas Crill acted for a client of a Jersey trust company on the disposal of a portfolio of buy-to-let investment properties in North London to individual purchasers.

Collas Crill acted for Butterfield Bank (Guernsey) Limited (as lender) in relation to a loan facility of £5,000,000 secured over a Grade II listed commercial investment property in central London.  The transaction involved the acquisition of a UK company and required, among other things, instructing and supervising Cypriot counsel in granting opinions.

Acted for a subsidiary of C.Le Masurier Limited in the freehold property sale of the Odeon Site, Bath Street, St Helier, to Freedom Church Group Limited on 27 January 2012. The vendors of this property are longstanding clients of Collas Crill . This £1,000,000 transaction attracted a great deal of local media and resident interest.

Collas Crill Guernsey acted for Barings on its vacation of premises at Mill Court, St Peter Port.  This involved the negotiation of terms for an assignment of the lease to a start-up company including formulating and presenting appropriate guarantee provisions to ensure that the incoming tenant was a suitable assignee and of an acceptable covenant strength for the landlord.

Collas Crill acted for The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (as Lender) in relation to a loan facility to Blue Diamond in connection with the acquisition of Fryer's Garden Centre in Cheshire which is the 13th garden centre for the Blue Diamond group.

Collas Crill acted for Garenne Group in the simultaneous acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Sterling Services Limited (an English company specialising in the production of architectural pre-cast concrete cladding) and the property that it occupies.
