    Acted for C.I. Property Fund in relation to the fund-raising and bank financing in respect of the acquisition of a substantial commercial property in Jersey.  The Guernsey corporate team advised the board of the fund on all aspects connected with the financing of the acquisition; the Jersey corporate and property teams advised on the acquisition itself.  At the fund is CISX listed and UK fund-raisers were involved the matter required more corporate input than a typical property acquisition and involved liaising extensively with CISX, sponsors and service providers.
