Ian Ferbrache
Conveyancing Manager
Ian Ferbrache is a Conveyancing
Manager in the Property team and jointly manages the
conveyancing team in Guernsey. His work includes the preparation of
estate schedules, bond searches, title and boundary investigation
and site visits. He is particularly knowledgeable about new
residential developments.
Joined the firm in 1987 as a
conveyancing clerk, having previously worked at two major clearing
banks in Guernsey
