Karen is a Senior Associate specialising in offshore trusts
and tax.
Karen has a broad range of experience in both
private practice in London and as in-house counsel for Investec
Trust Guernsey. Karen prides herself on her commercial approach
to legal and UK legal
and tax advice to the board of companies
and the trustees of trusts administered in various offshore
jurisdictions, including Guernsey, Jersey, Switzerland and
Mauritius.
Karen joined the firm in January 2011 and is a member of the
Guernsey Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
(STEP)
