Dionne' s principal area of practice
is Personal & Family Law, focusing on divorce and separation,
ancillary relief, pre and post nuptial agreements, and emergency
injunctive relief.
She has also acted in a considerable
number of children cases, acting for parents in applications for
care orders and also representing children in similar
cases.
Additionally, she has considerable
experience defending serious criminal cases in the Royal Court and
Court of Appeal, and has in the past undertaken a wide variety of
civil cases in which her court experience ranges from personal
injury cases to contractual disputes.
Dionne was called to the English Bar in July 1996. She qualified
as an advocate in January 2000 and became a Partner in Collas
Crill in 2003. Dionne is a member of the Jersey Law Society
and serves on the committee of the Jersey Family Law
Association.
