Ben Havard
Associate
Ben is an Associate in the Dispute
Resolution team, focusing on commercial litigation with an emphasis
on employment matters. In 2010 Ben completed a 3 month
secondment with Olswang LLP in London. He is a Solicitor of England
and Wales, and has Higher Rights of Audience in the civil courts of
that jurisdiction.
Prior to joining Collas Crill in
2009, Ben was an HR Officer in the Employee
Relations team at a UK University which was unionised
(Unison, Amicus, GMB).
Ben is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development and has an MSc in Human Resource Management. He is
also a member of the Guernsey International Lawyers
Association.
