Senior Associate
Colette specialises in civil disputes, in particular
employment litigation and personal injury and medical negligence
claims.
In her employment practice, Colette acts for the
members of several national trade unions. She is a founding member
and president of JPIMS (the Jersey Personal Injury Medico-legal
Society) and a member of APIL (the Association of Personal Injury
lawyers) and PEOPIL (The Pan-European Organisation of Personal
Injury Lawyers).
The Legal 500 2012 describe Colette as 'well
regarded'.
A keen and eloquent speaker, Colette has been involved in
organising conferences and seminars on medico-legal
topics.
Colette qualified as an English solicitor in 1994 and has
been working with our Dispute Resolution team since March
2001. Prior to working in Jersey, Colette was a solicitor at the
prominent regional firm Bond Pearce in Plymouth.
