Kit Hobbs
Associate
Kit is an Associate in the Commercial team in Guernsey with
experience in a wide variety of corporate and commercial work. He
was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in
2009.
Kit has experience in a range of matters, including M&A,
general corporate, investment funds, banking, property finance and
financial services. He advises on a wide range of issues spanning
these fields and assists colleagues with inter-disciplinary
matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, he worked in-house at
Partners Group, a Swiss private markets asset manager, in the legal
team focusing on transactional private equity work after training
at Dundas & Wilson, a UK Top 50 law firm, in London.
