Simon is an Associate within the Dispute Resolution team.

Simon has a particularly varied practice: while his day to day work typically consists of a wide range of high value personal injury and employment work, including representing clients in the Employment Tribunal. Simon also works on commercial and trust dispute resolution matters. He assists Nuno Santos-Costa with criminal prosecutions on behalf of the Crown, and has recently become involved in insolvency and restructuring.

Simon is well practiced in the enforcement of foreign judgments in Jersey, and also has an interest in licensing, having presented a number of applications in the past.

Having obtained a Masters degree in law, Simon joined the firm in December 2008. Simon was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2009.

Simon is currently studying towards becoming a Jersey Advocate.
