Simon is an associate within the Dispute Resolution team.

Simon works in the commercial DR department and is actively involved in leading and assisting with high value trust and commercial disputes. Simon also has experience in mediation and dealing with insolvency related matters, both in a contentious and non-contentious context.

As an adjunct to his commercial work, Simon has an interest in employment law and has successfully represented and appeared on behalf of clients in a number of well publicised Jersey Employment Tribunal cases.

Chambers Europe 2013 has identified Simon as an 'Associate to watch' and notes that he 'is widely regarded as having a bright future ahead of him'.

Having obtained a Masters degree in law, Simon joined the firm in December 2008. Simon was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2009.

Simon is currently studying towards becoming a Jersey Advocate in 2013.
