Damian has been a partner in
the Dispute Resolution team since 2003. He is an
experienced litigator who specialises in contentious and
semi-contentious trust work and heavyweight commercial
litigation.
Damian is a member of the Fraud
Network and is highly ranked in both the main legal directories.
Legal 500 2011 calls Damian 'responsive and knowledgeable' while in
recent years has recognised Damian as someone who 'gives good
written advice backed by sound judgment', is 'very bright and a
pleasure to work with' and 'articulate in Court'. Chambers
2012 says Damian 'puts forward good strategies, is
knowledgeable in contentious trust matters and good at
identifying appropriate UK counsel.' Previously they have described
