David Jeffery
Senior Associate
David is a Senior Associate with broad experience of civil
litigation with particular expertise in clinical negligence
and personal injury matters, especially
obstetrics/gynaecology, orthopaedic injuries, sports injuries,
industrial disease, road traffic accidents and accidents at
work.
He represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants and is currently
dealing with several high value claims on behalf of the defendant
insurer. David heads the team that promotes Collas Crill as
the provider of legal services in Guernsey to some of the largest
unions and legal expenses insurers in the UK and globally. In
addition David is the key point of contact with a number of leading
liability insurers in the UK.
David trained at Thomson Snell &
Passmore, Tunbridge Wells and was admitted as a solicitor of
England and Wales in 2004. He joined the firm in 2006 having
previously spent 2 years at another Guernsey law firm. He is a
Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
