Richard Lloyd
Associate
Richard is an Associate specialising in residential and
commercial property sales and acquisitions. He is a UK solicitor
with extensive commercial property experience. Richard launched
Collas Crill's UK property service for Channel Islands based high
net worth individuals with UK property interests and trust
companies and banks who have UK properties within their trust
portfolios. Collas Crill is the only local law firm
providing this service in Guernsey.
Richard joined the firm in 2008, prior to which he worked at
Eversheds in Cardiff (1999-2000) and was head of property for the
Specter Partnership in London (2004-2008). He trained at Burroughs
Day in Bristol (2000-2004), where he remained for a short time
after being admitted as Solicitor of England and Wales in 2003.
