Gareth Morgan
Associate
Gareth is an Associate
in the commercial team in Guernsey with experience in high value
banking and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions (on a
multi-jursidictional level), investment funds, intellectual
property and general corporate matters. He has advised on a
broad spectrum of commercial transactions, from multi-billion
dollar corporate finance restructurings to local business
acquisitions. Gareth is also a key member of the intellectual
property team in Guernsey.
Gareth joined the firm
as a paralegal in 2006 and took up a training contract with the
Firm in 2007. During his training contract, Gareth was
seconded to Wedlake Bell for 6 months, during which time
he assisted with numerous residential and commercial
property transactions. Gareth was admitted as a solicitor of
England and Wales in 2009.
