Michael Morris
Senior Associate
Michael is a Senior Associate with
expertise of all aspects of residential and commercial property and
secured lending. Michael acts for individuals, companies
(both onshore and offshore), trustees and funds advising on
disposals and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties as
well as general landlord and tenant issues. He also is
an experienced adviser to banks on secured lending in the UK.
His specialises in acting for clients
on the purchase and disposal of high value central London
residential and commercial property and he has acted for a number
of offshore banks in financing significant residential and
commercial properties.
Michael joined Collas Crill in 2011.
Previously, he was a Partner at Spicer & Partners in Guernsey
until 2010 (where he was also a trainee and solicitor). Michael was
admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales, and called as an
Attorney in the State of New York in 2004.
