Clare heads up our Wills and Probate
team, giving advice to clients in respect of estate planning, will
drafting and other related private client matters.
Clare is particularly experienced in
contentious and court matters having been with the firm since
2004 dealing with general civil, criminal and family
law matters in the dispute litigation
department. She has also assisted in a number of high net
worth, multi-jurisdictional commercial claims.
Clare is a qualified Chartered Secretary, having previously worked
as a trust and companies administrator, and qualified as a
Jersey Advocate in 2008. She is also a member of the
Jersey Family Law Association
