Paul Nettleship
Senior Associate
Paul is a Senior Associate
specialising in residential property, including conveyancing,
landlord and tenant matters, and disputes over land. He is heavily
involved in advising high net worth clients looking to move to
Guernsey from the UK and other jurisdictions. He is part of the
firm's team providing rounded advice to high net worth
individuals in all areas of legal practice.
Paul is an Advocate of the Royal Court
of Guernsey. He moved to the Property Department in 2006
after spending several years in the Commercial Department. He also
writes regularly for various property publications. He is a
Barrister member of The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn, a member
of the Guernsey International Legal Association, and a member of
the Young Business Group.
Paul was admitted to the Guernsey Bar
as an Advocate in 2008.
