Pirie, have been recommended as experts in the Citywealth Offshore
Leaders List.
Inclusion in
the Citywealth Offshore Leaders List, a guide to the most highly
regarded advisors and managers in private wealth management, is an
independent endorsement of their position in the wealth management
sector.
Damian James
has been a partner in Collas Crill's Dispute Resolution team
since 2003. He is an experienced litigator who specialises in
contentious and semi-contentious trust work and heavyweight
commercial litigation. He is named in the Citywealth Offshore
Leaders List's contentious trusts section.
He said: "I am delighted to be
recommended in the Citywealth list. It is made up of names put
forward confidentially by private clients and peer recommendation
and is the result of extensive research, so this is not only an
independent endorsement but is recognition from within the
industry."
An acknowledged expert in Jersey
Foundations, Richard Pirie is Collas Crill's head of Fiduciary in
Jersey. He has a wealth of practical and commercial experience in
advising trust companies, international law firms, commercial and
private clients on trust matters and regulatory issues.
