David O'Hanlon
Senior Associate
David is a Senior Associate in the dispute resolution
team. His practice focus is primarily on contentious internal company
issues such as
shareholder and board
disputes. In addition he has a wide experience
of contentious trust,
professional negligence and general commercial matters. David has handled litigation for
investment banks, trustees and PLCs, including dealing with
complex cross-jurisdictional and agency issues and on matters
involving injunctive proceedings, freezing orders and
appeals.
Clients have previously
described David as "good at achieving quick results and responses"
and "has displayed very impressive attention to detail, is
extremely thorough and accurate [and] has a good understanding of
the operational aspects of [our business]".
Prior to joining Collas
Crill in 2011 David worked in the dispute resolution team of
a Top 100 law firm in England for 6 years, where he has also
trained.
