Richard Ogier

Richard is a Consultant and recognised
as one of the most experienced property lawyers in Guernsey having
been involved in major property developments, commercial
transactions and residential property matters of all kinds. He is
also highly knowledgeable in matters regarding housing licence
applications and immigration issues.
Richard is a consultant and was a
partner since 1991 and a Senior Partner until January 2006.
He was called to the Guernsey Bar 1983 prior to completing his
articles at Berwin Leighton (now Berwin Leighton Paisner), and was
admitted as Solicitor of England and Wales in 1981.
