Rose is a Legal Assistant in the Wills
& Estates team.
Rose focuses on Grants of
Repesentation for both testate and intestate Estates, arranging
Grants of Representation for the relase of Guernsey assets for
non-domiciled Executors and Administrators and all aspects of
Estate Administration for Guernsey domiciled clients. Rose supports
Partners and Senior Associates with overall responsibility for
Probate and Estate matters.
Rose has worked in these areas of practice for over 20
years. Rose joined Winter, Palmer and Denziloe in 1981 before they
merged with the firm in 2004.
