Shaun has nearly 30 years' experience in conveyancing and
property law.
Shaun handles a wide range of property transactions, acting for
large scale property developers, financial and professional
institutions as well as general home movers and first time
buyers.
On the residential front, he has conveyed all types of local
residential property and was responsible for several landmark
housing developments. His commercial work extends to development
sites, supermarket buildings, commercial, office and retail
premises and farms.
He is an executive member of the Jersey Association of
Property Conveyancers and sits on Jersey's Land Registry User Group
Committee. He has been appointed as a property expert by the Royal
Court of Jersey on numerous occasions in legal matters relating to
real property. Shaun also lectures for the Jersey Institute of Law
on the subject of property law and local conveyancing.
