Susan O'Leary
Associate
Susan is an Associate in the
Commercial team in Guernsey. Susan was admitted as a solicitor in
2007 and is dual qualified a member of both the Law Society of
Ireland and the Law Society of England and Wales.
Susan has experience in a wide
variety of corporate and commercial matters, including investment
funds, banking and financial services.
Susan is a key member of the
e-commerce and e-gambling team and has a detailed knowledge of the
area. Susan consults on a regular basis with industry,
the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and lawyers in other
jurisdictions in relation to the e-gaming sector.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009,
Susan worked with Dillon Eustace, a top tier Irish law firm
that are industry leaders in the areas of investment funds and
general commerce, corporate and financial services law. Susan
was seconded during her time at Dillon Eustace to a leading French
investment bank, providing legal advice on Irish and Cayman Island
domiciled investment funds.
