Patrick Palmer

Patrick is a Partner and has wide
experience in advising in many areas of private client and property
work. He is renowned for dealing with domestic property matters as
part of his private client practice. His key practice areas include
contentious trusts/probate, estate administration,
wills/inheritance and private trusts.
Legal 500 2011 says Patrick is
'reliable and does not talk down to clients'.
Patrick has been a partner since 2004
(previously a partner at Collenette, Winter & Palmer and
subsequently Winter, Palmer & Denziloe since 1977). Patrick was
appointed Notary Public in 1990. He was admitted to the Guernsey
Bar in 1975 and to the English Bar in 1972. Patrick is a holder of
a Personal Fiduciary Licence issued by the Guernsey Financial
Services Commission, a Member of the Bar Council, the
Chairman of the charity 'Grow Limited', which operates a
horticultural project training/employing people with a learning
disability.
