Alex Rodger
Chairman
Alex is Non-executive Chairman of
Collas Crill and a member of the Management Board.
Alex chairs meetings of the firm's
senior management, partner and strategy groups. He brings his
experience of executive management to the firm's decision making
and implementation.
Alex was an executive director of RBS
International with direct responsibility for the Corporate Banking
Division, a major profit driver for the Bank. He was responsible
for corporate banking operations in major offshore jurisdictions -
Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Gibraltar. He is well versed in
regulatory and supervisory matters. He is now a Commissioner of the
Guernsey Financial Services Commission. He has other non-executive
positions in the utilties and investment funds sectors.
Alex spent more than 40 years working
with the RBS Group serving the corporate and institutional banking
sector including periods in New York and London. He was a director
of RBS International from its formation and Managing Director of
RBS International Corporate Banking Division.
