Rosie Stott
Senior Associate
Rosie Stott joined Collas Crill's commercial team as a Senior
Associate in January 2012.
An English Solicitor and a Jersey Advocate, Rosie has acted on a
number of structured finance and securitisation deals, including
many Jersey based convertible bond and cash box transactions. She
has also worked on several high profile corporate transactions and
group reorganisations.
Rosie's practice encompasses corporate, financing and
listing work together with more general corporate and commercial
advice.
Rosie joined the firm from Carey Olsen and trained in the London
office of international law firm
Hogan Lovells.
