Mike Tidd
Chief Operating Officer
Mike is Chief Operating Officer and a
member of the Management Board
Mike is responsible for the day-to-day
running of the firm and its operations, and leadership of the
management team.
Prior to joining Collas Crill, he spent 3 years conducting
management consultancy work following 12 years Human Resources
management with the Barings Financial Services Group (culminating
in 6 years as Group head of Human Resources.) Mike spent 18 years
(1975-1993) as a Royal Navy officer and Commando pilot, including
service in the Falklands campaign and the first Gulf War. He
has 30 years of team leadership, people management, organisation
and motivation experience, and was Chairman of the Guernsey Branch
of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, of which
he is a Chartered Fellow for three years.
