
Lisa Upham
Senior Associate
Lisa is a Senior Associate and Head of
Knowledge Management.
Lisa has been responsible for the
central dissemination of knowledge throughout the firm since
2009. Her role has included the preparation of modern, plain
English working precedents, work product and procedures for all
departments. She is also responsible for internal legal
practice updates and provides regular training on technical
matters. Lisa is responsible for a various internal projects,
the aim of which is to produce greater efficiencies for the firm
and clients alike. Lisa and her team have also established a
new legal library and resource centre which services the firm in
both islands.
Lisa joined the firm in 2004 as a
commercial lawyer advising on on a wide range of commercial,
corporate and trust matters with an emphasis on corporate
reorgansitions and business acquisitions. She also specialises in
financing and banking transactions. She was called to Guernsey Bar
2003 and called to the Bar of England and Wales 2001. Prior to
joining Collas Crill, Lisa was an associate at Ogier & Le
Masurier in Guernsey for 3 years. Lisa is a trustee of the Guernsey
Blind Association and a trustee of the Guernsey Botanical Trust.
Lisa is involved in a wide range of activities using her
qualifications on a pro bono basis.
