Our Cayman Islands office is seeking an HR Advisor to advise and guide managers and staff on all things people related, in particular, benefits, policies, people systems and procedures. This role will manage the seamless administration of the employee life cycle including payroll, induction, absence and leavers as well as assisting in improving and developing policies, procedures and processes so that they are clear, relevant and promote the firms culture and values.
This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional with experience in legal or professional services, who is looking to play a key role with their own area of responsibility, in our ambitious and growing firm. You need to demonstrate the ability to communicate confidently with employees of all levels as well as being highly organised, self-motivated and resourceful.
