Collas Crill IP Director David Evans is presenting at an event at the International Trademark Association (INTA) event in Florida next week, arranged to discuss the Guernsey Image Rights Register.
The world’s only registrable image rights products will be discussed at the annual event for attendees to gain a better understanding and ask any questions.
Collas Crill IP Director David Evans said: “The INTA event is the perfect opportunity to showcase the unique Guernsey image rights products and the many benefits for clients. They are the only way to register these rights formally and we look forward to elaborating on this at the event.”
Guernsey's image rights legislation and register allows owners of such rights to register them and create a more clearly defined and marketable asset.
The International Trademark Association (INTA) is the global association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property in order to protect consumers and to promote fair and effective commerce.
David has over 15 years’ experience in the IP business and was closely involved with the image rights legislation. He is also a member of the INTA Rights of Publicity Committee, who will be meeting at the event.
