Partner recognised in Spear's 500 2020

Michael Morris, Group Partner and head of Collas Crill's Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Team has been recognised as a leading Property Lawyer in The Spear's 500 2020 index, following his same success in 2019.

An annual publication, The Spear's 500 was first released in 2014, standing as the world's first comprehensive guide to the top private client advisors, wealth managers and HNW service providers. The professionals recognised within the list are considered to be leaders in delivering the highest quality service to clients. It is described as an 'indispensable guide to the top private client advisers, wealth managers, lawyers and service providers for HNW individuals.

Michael, who has been a Partner at Collas Crill since 2011 is a specialist in looking after funds, major financial institutions and high net worth individuals investing in prime residential and commercial property across the UK.

He also acts for many private and international banks advising in relation to the banking and security aspects of real estate transactions.

Michael commented: 'It is an honour to be recognised as one of the UK's leading property lawyers for the second consecutive year.

'The Boris Johnson majority has resulted in renewed confidence in the UK property market, and while there remains some uncertainty as to what life after Brexit will look like, the signs are positive for both central London property and commercial real estate across the UK.'

Anticipating another successful year for clients investing in UK real estate, Pamela Doherty of Collas Crill will be attending MIPIM 2020, the leading annual real estate event for property professionals, held from 10 – 12 March in Cannes.
