Alexandra is experienced all areas of Jersey Property Law including Commercial and Residential Purchases, Sales and Leases, Share Transfer Purchases and Sales, Title Checks, Boundary disputes, Sale Agreements, Development Agreements, Preparation and Review of Company Articles of Association and Declarations of Co-Ownership, Equity Agreements, General Property Advice, Loans, Equity Releases, Private Lending and Fee Quotes.
Her client base ranging from high net worth clients to first time buyers. Most recently Alexandra was involved in the new Les Arches Development in St Clement.
Alexandra studied History of Art at the University of Birmingham and received her Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law Birmingham before qualifying as a Jersey Solicitor in 2015. She is a member of The Law Society of Jersey. In November 2018, she was sworn in as a Jersey Advocate.
Alexandra joined Collas Crill in 2018 and has over 10 years of experience in Jersey Property Law having trained as a Conveyancer and a Property Legal Assistant before qualifying locally.
