Overview
Daniel is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate, Finance and Funds team in Jersey.
He joined Collas Crill in September 2021 and completed his seats in the International Private Client and Trusts team in March 2022, Dispute Resolution team in September 2022 and Property in March 2023.
Experience
In his International Private Client and Trusts seat, Daniel gained valuable experience in the needs of high net worth individuals and families, as well as the legal options available to meet them in a bespoke and meticulous way. His time with the Dispute Resolution team built on this experience, especially with high net worth divorce proceedings, involving complex and multi-jurisdictional corporate and trust structures, as well as contentious trusts, discrimination, and insolvency litigation.
Background
Daniel had six years' experience in sales, recruitment, education, project management, and data management before moving to law. Since the beginning of 2019 he has taken the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course, achieving commendations in both, as well as working as a paralegal in both corporate and dispute resolution departments since moving to Jersey in 2020.
