Monika joins Collas Crill from a background in business development, marketing and sales. In her previous role she was responsible for brand strategy, growth, product management and sales cycle, as well as the onboarding of new technology.
She has over ten years' experience in global business development B2B sales in the oil and gas recruitment market, with a EMEA and USA coverage. Her most recent experience includes SaaS sales for fintech and regtech start-up companies.
Monika holds Huthwaite Institute SPIN Blend certificate and is experienced in Maritime Labour Convention 2006 audits and compliance in the Maritime commercial sector.
