Adam joined the firm in April 2019. He is currently sat in the International Private Client and Trusts team.
He has recently been on secondment to Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in London working in their Funds & Asset Management group. While on secondment, Adam assisted with advising on various fund structures and regulatory matters.
Adam has assisted on a variety of cross-border banking and finance transactions, acting for banks, financial institutions and borrowers. He has also worked on a number of M&A deals and statutory procedures such as company migrations.
Adam completed the LPC and GDL at BPP Law School in London and Cambridge respectively. He achieved a commendation on the LPC where he elected to study debt finance, private acquisitions and commercial law & intellectual property.
He attended Oxford Brookes University, graduating with upper-second class honours in history.
