Paul deals with all aspects of property work, including residential and commercial purchases and sales, freehold, share transfer and flying freehold transactions, leases, securitisation and general property enquiries.
Paul excels in the residential property area where he has dealt with the full spectrum of local properties from the smallest flat to multi-million pound residences. In addition Paul has advised in the acquisition of large development sites and the ensuing sales of newly constructed houses for a number of developers.
Paul joined the firm in February 2018 having previously worked at several other local firms.
Paul started work in 1975 at a firm called Troy & Michel, then moved to Ogier & Le Cornu (which later became Ogier), Benest & Syvret and short period at Binet Law before joining Collas Crill.
