Charles Kerins is the managing partner of Collas Crill-Farara Kerins and head of the corporate and commercial department in the BVI. He has been with the firm since 1994 having previously worked with Harney Westwood & Riegels since his arrival in the BVI in 1989.
Charles’ practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law with particular focus on corporate and banking transactions, real property transactions, trusts and estate planning.
Prior to turning to private practice Charles was a lecturer in law at London University’s School of Oriental and African Studies and a held a research post at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
Charles is a member of the BVI Bar Association.
