Dinah joined Collas Crill in January 2023 as a Property Specialist and is a Notary Public.
Her responsibilities include providing support to the firm's Property attorneys, assisting with taking instructions from clients, providing the full array of support services for real estate transactions, inclusive of title searches; drafting conveyance and finance documents; preparing closing statements; liaising with all parties including real estate agents, banking personnel, governmental agencies and departments, purchasers, sellers, utility providers, strata corporations and property management companies.

Dinah brings a sound knowledge of real estate transactions, as well as passion for client-care.
Her previous experience includes work for property developers and law firms, thereby giving her a broad perspective which enhances the client relationship. The real estate transactions in which she has been involved range from acting for individuals to large developers, financing deals, as well as in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties.
