Donald moved offshore to join the Collas Crill UK Real Estate team in August 2015, having trained and spent 10 years with Brodies LLP in Edinburgh, Scotland's largest law firm. He is a Senior Associate dual qualified to act in both Scotland and England & Wales.
He is an experienced lawyer who acts for secured lenders (especially large portfolios and cross border deals) including structured lending, development finance, peer to peer as well as being well versed in all aspects of commercial and residential property, particularly in relation to construction law, real estate investment, real estate finance, and retail, hotels & leisure.
