Lauren supports the compliance function within Collas Crill Corporate Services Limited, based in the Cayman Islands office. Her key responsibilities include providing compliance oversight to clients programmes, specialising in AML/CFT policy and procedure development within the MLRO designation. Lauren also acts in an advisory capacity for regulatory initiatives and provides guidance on business impacts.

Prior to joining the Collas Crill, Lauren has consulted with several offshore entities, providing compliance oversight, development and assistance with regulatory inspections. Lauren has not only worked  in the field of compliance, but has also undertaken roles within risk and data management. She supported global credit, special situations and structured products businesses at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she was responsible for the monitoring and reporting of risk exposures and profitability metrics to senior management and the business globally. In addition, she performed the unit's portfolio stress testing, comprehensive capital adequacy review and was involved in multiple cross functional risk projects. She was also accountable for the identification, documentation and remediation of data lineage disputes across multiple platforms. As well as managing several automation initiatives, she oversaw the complete migration and re-centralisation of a data steward team from the US to the Hong Kong Office.

As well as holding the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) qualification, Lauren has a First Class Honours degree in B(Sc) Economics, Finance and Banking.
