She advises on all aspects of commercial & company law, including matters related to investment funds, banking and corporate finance, security and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Collas Crill, Laura practiced in-house at Dixons Carphone plc's global headquarters in London, specialising in group corporate and commercial transactions.
Laura is qualified to practice law in the Cayman Islands and England & Wales. She is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society and The Law Society of England & Wales.
