Overview
Josh is a Paralegal in Collas Crill's Guernsey Property department having joined the firm in July 2021. Josh deals with all aspects of commercial and residential property matters.
Experience
Prior to joining Collas Crill Josh worked as a Paralegal for a local legal practice in Guernsey and was based in its litigation department. During his holidays, whilst studying at university, he held various governmental positions with the States of Guernsey.
Background
Josh graduated from the University of the West of England with an honours degree in law and recently sat his exams in order to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC). He will shortly be commencing his Master's dissertation in order to obtain an LLM in Law. Throughout both his degree and LPC studies, Josh took part in two separate Pro Bono projects where he provided legal advice on contract structuring, company formation and website compliance to start-up businesses and sole traders. These projects gave him experience of leading client interviews, conducting legal research and drafting letters of advice.
