Overview

Josh is a Paralegal in Collas Crill's Guernsey Property department.

Experience

Prior to joining Collas Crill Josh worked as a Paralegal for a local legal practice in Guernsey and was based in its litigation department. During his holidays, whilst studying at university, he held various governmental positions with the States of Guernsey.

"I am committed to ensuring that the clients I engage with receive practical, relevant and up to date advice on their matter. I relish the opportunity to thoroughly investigate problems on behalf of the client and assist in providing them with an effective solution. "

Background

Josh graduated from the University of the West of England with an honours degree in law and will shortly sit his final exams in order to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC). Throughout both his degree and LPC studies, Josh took part in two separate Pro Bono projects where he provided legal advice on contract structuring, company formation and website compliance to start-up businesses and sole traders. These projects gave him experience of leading client interviews, conducting legal research and drafting letters of advice.
