Collas Crill is continuing its support of the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER) with three of the firm's lawyers speaking at its Offshore Insolvency & Asset Recovery Conference in Chicago.
The event, which takes place at the Westin Hotel, Michigan Avenue on 27 July, will see Cayman partners Stephen Leontsinis and Alan de Saram and senior associate Jennifer Colegate speaking on a variety of topics.
Stephen's session is a case study on the successful COMI shifting with the Ocean Rig case.
Alan is part of a panel session discussing international crypto-currency issues.
Jennifer is also on a panel discussing the comparison of offshore insolvency and restructuring options to chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
