The 2020 Non-Executive Director CPD Seminar Series provides essential updates for Directors, Non-Executive Directors & aspiring Non-Executive Directors, delivered by industry recognised experts. This series will comprise 10 monthly seminars of 60 minutes, inclusive of a 15-minute Q&A, covering a wide range of topics.
Simon will talk about 'managing and resolving shareholder disputes' in his seminar which will take place on Wednesday 2 December.
