Senior Associate Sally Peedom in our Cayman International Private Client and Trusts team will be speaking at the STEP – Advising Families Across Generations LATAM Conference in Bogota on Thursday 7 September.
Sally will be speaking on the 'Trusts and Forced Heirship Rules' panel, which will consider the implications of forming a trust focussing on the forced heirship rules of the settlor's country of residence.
