Jersey: ESG comparative guide

Group Partner and head of our Jersey-based funds team Sam Sturrock has co-written, with David Postlethwaite of Jersey Finance, the Jersey chapter of Mondaq's Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) Comparative Guide.

Mondaq's Comparative Guides provide an overview of some of the key points of law and practice, comparing regulatory environments and laws across multiple jurisdictions. In this ESG guide Sam and David cover the the regulatory regimes and codes of practice that govern ESG regulation and implementation in Jersey.
